  1. PROMOTION PERIOD. The Del Webb Espresso Machine Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) starts at the time it is announced (posted on brand’s Facebook page) on March 9, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM EST on March 16, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

ELIGIBILITY. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age and older as of the date of entry and who are registered users of Facebook. Employees of PulteGroup, Inc.  ("Sponsor") or its affiliates, subsidiaries, and agents (collectively "Sponsor Parties"), and members of employees’ immediate family or persons living in the same household, are ineligible.  
  1. HOW TO ENTER. To enter the Giveaway, you will need to be a registered user of www.facebook.com (“Facebook”). If you do not have an account, visit Facebook to create one. There is no fee or charge to set up an account. By submitting your information and creating an account, you agree to the respective terms of use and privacy notice of Facebook. If you do not agree to such terms of use and privacy notice, you cannot create a Facebook account.

One entry per person is permitted. Entering more than the number of times permitted will void all entries and result in disqualification. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple Facebook accounts in an attempt to circumvent the rules. The person submitting the entry must be the authorized account holder of such Facebook account, otherwise the entry may be deemed void. All entries must comply with the guidelines and content restrictions below. BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOUR ENTRY (INCLUDING YOUR NAME AND PROFILE PICTURE) WILL BE POSTED ON FACEBOOK, WHERE IT MAY BE VIEWED, SHARED, AND COMMENTED ON BY SPONSOR AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC.

GUIDELINES AND CONTENT RESTRICTIONS. All entries must not contain material that (i) violates or infringes another's rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights; (ii) disparages or embarrasses Sponsor; (iii) is inappropriate, indecent, obscene, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libelous; (iv) relates to lotteries, gambling, tobacco, alcohol or drugs, pornography, adult-oriented content or any other sexually-explicit material; (v) promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; or (vi) is otherwise unlawful.  If Sponsor determines that the content of the entry does not comply with these Guidelines and Content Restrictions, the entry may be withdrawn without notice from the Giveaway at Sponsor’s sole discretion. 

By entering this Giveaway, you grant the Sponsor Parties a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub-licensable right to edit, modify, cut, rearrange, add to, delete from, copy, reproduce, translate, dub, adapt, publish, exploit, display, and use the content of and elements embodied in the entry, in any media now known or hereafter devised (including without limitation, the Internet), for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. 

  1. DRAWING. A random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor at the conclusion of the Promotion Period, on or about March 17, 2026 to select the winner from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. The potential winner will be notified by Facebook direct message and must sign and return any required Declaration of Eligibility and Release within five (5) days of the date notice is sent or such other date set by Sponsor. Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of prize and Sponsor shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. The return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. All federal, state, and local taxes resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of winner. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor Parties to use winner's name and biographical information for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. All federal and state laws apply. 
  1. PRIZE. One (1) EUHOMY Espresso Machine. Retail value: $259.94. Prize may not be transferred or substituted by winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All prizes will be awarded. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded. All taxes resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of winner. 
  1. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. By entering this Giveaway, entrants fully release and hold the Sponsor Parties and Meta harmless from any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
